Problem

The product needed multiple Unity-based game experiences to live inside a larger native app while keeping delivery, performance, and platform behavior consistent across iOS and Android.

What I built
  • A Unity game delivery structure that could be integrated into the wider mobile app.
  • Platform integration paths for native iOS and Android modules used by the game layer.
  • A delivery workflow for coordinating game content, app releases, and product requirements.

  • Led the technical direction for the Unity game area.
  • Managed how Unity game content was packaged, tested, and delivered inside the product.
